Payment

Product prices indicated on the website are inclusive of GST. Shipping fees will be displayed upon checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore

 

Yes we do! Free shipping is applicable for all orders. 

 

Any changes made to delivery details have to be made within before order has been shipped. Our shipping timings are 11am every workday from Monday to Saturday. Kindly contact us at +65 9780 5726 for changes in delivery dates.
Once an order has been shipped, additional charges may incur for changes to delivery details. 

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery timing is determined by your shipping destination and the driver’s delivery schedule.
An estimate would be for areas within 5 km around our office at 61 Kaki Bukit Avenue 1 you should be able to receive your goods before 12pm in the morning, for the rest of Singapore, a delivery time of 2-6pm is expected.

 

Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time during major holiday seasons and public holidays.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received unless there are issues with stock level, in those cases, we will reach out to you directly with an update and resolution. 

Time range for delivery will be provided. Our friendly delivery team will call you for a gentle reminder before delivering the items.
Should you not be able to answer their call, they will still proceed to deliver your item.


In the event that no one is at home to receive the delivery, you can authorize them to leave the parcel at your doorstep.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduling of delivery day/ timing. 

   

 

Yes! Self collection can be done at our warehouse. Do drop us a call or message at +65 9780 5726 to arrange for a pick-up!

You can return purchases if there are defects in the item. Any defects in the item received should be highlighted and raised within 1 week of order receipt. Once past the 1 week time frame, returns/exchanges will not be accepted. Returns due to change of mind are not allowed, buyers are urged to do their own research prior to purchase to avoid a mismatch of expectations.

 

Order cancellation has to be done within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed to be eligible for a full refund. After an order has been shipped, no cancellation or modification is allowed.  Items will have to be returned to us upon receiving. We will only be able to issue a partial refund covering the price of the item(s) minus the shipping fees. For clarifications, please contact us.
